David Green is an evaluator at Edu specializing in instructional design and the innovative use of emerging technologies in university science education.
David contributes to curriculum and course design projects and conducts usability testing of interactive media. In addition to his work at Edu, David was recently elected a SENCER Leadership Fellow. SENCER is a national organization in the US that trains college faculty to connect science learning to real world problems. An aquatic ecologist by training, he currently teaches a course in Environmental Biology of South Florida for which he won several teaching awards. His recent published work focuses on the use of educational technologies to promote civic engagement.
David received a Bachelors of Science in Marine Science and Biology from Miami University, and a Masters in Biological Sciences from Florida International University. He is currently conducting graduate studies in Geographical Information Systems at Penn State.
