Zooming into Nanotechnology at Disney's Epcot®
Nanotechnology makes things that are too small to see.
By manipulating atoms and molecules scientists create new materials used in medicine, computing and industry. For most people nanotechnology is largely unknown and hard to understand.
The National Science Foundation (NSF), a US federal agency, partnered with Cornell University and Sciencenter of Ithaca, NY to create Too Small to See a 5,000 square foot hands-on exhibition introducing youth and adults to nanotechnology. At Epcot® an estimated one million people toured Too Small to See.
