Douglas Spencer is an expert in planning, evaluating, and funding large research, education, and training programs.

 

He has over 20 years of experience evaluating education and training in emerging technologies, and has served as an external evaluator for over 50 projects.

 

His clients at Edu include Cornell University, Harvard University, the National Science Foundation, NASA, and the U.S. Department of Education.

 

Dr. Spencer holds a Ph.D. in Education from Cornell University, and an M.S. in education and botany, also from Cornell. He enjoys mountain biking and skiing and plays hockey almost every week.
